There are two options for using Savance In & Out Board on your mobile device.

  1. Web browser

  2. Mobile app

1. Mobile Web Browser

  1. Bookmark https://cloud.savanceworkplace.com/

  2. Choose Mobile Interface

  1. Enter your username and password

  2. Choose LOG IN

  1. Select Status

  1. Update your status

    1. Include other details, if applicable

  1. Select Update

2. Mobile Application

Download the Savance mobile app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Setup

These steps are shown using an iPhone - steps may look slightly different on other operating systems.

  1. Open the mobile application.

  1. Select Cloud Based and choose Next.

  1. Ensure the Authentication field says https://cloud.savanaceworkplace.com/ and choose Test Connection.

  1. Enter your username and password.

  2. Choose Test Auth.

  3. Choose Next.

  4. Choose Finish.

Update Status via Mobile App

  1. Choose My Status from the bottom toolbar.

  1. Set your Status, enter a return date/time, and add a comment if needed.

  2. Choose Done.
