To create appointment slots, you must be the owner of the calendar. If it is a shared resource calendar, you must have manager permissions.

1

Open the Google Calendar that you want to create appointment slots for. For ease of use, only view the calendar that you want to work with.

2

Click + Create.

3

Click Appointment Slots in the popup.

4

Click More Options.

5

Select the duration of your time slots, and determine if you want the event to repeat on specific days.

6

Set the rest of your appointment/event information and click Save.

7

On the calendar, the time slot will appear as one large block. Click on the block and click Go to appointment
page for this calendar to view the appointment view.

8

This link is what you will distribute to users who need to make appointments. They will not see any existing events on the calendar: only the available appointment slots and appointments they have personally made.

9

When a user makes an appointment, the owner of the
calendar will get an email.

The calendar will automatically update with the individual appointments inside the time block.
