Each location is included in a weekly IT rotation. A field technician will stop by each location to check in with admins and users, as well as work through any open requests.
Please submit your requests early so the technician can be prepared to handle your issue when they arrive.
There will be several changes to this schedule throughout the rest of 2022 as users are relocated. Notice will be provided and this page will be updated when these changes occur.
Changes to the rotation schedule due to holidays, etc will be communicated via the SOM Status Page.
