Scan to email is only available at MEB.

Scan to email is disabled at all UNLV Health locations. Users in these locations can scan to their department’s network drive.

  1. Place your documents in the tray with the text facing up.

  2. Press Send on the printer’s screen.

  3. Press Address Book.

  4. Scroll through the list to find your name.

    1. The search function is unfortunately not very helpful as it requires you to type your entire name order to produce a result.

    2. The screen is very sensitive - please ensure you are only selecting the correct user(s) from the list.

  5. Press Start.

Scan to email has a maximum file size limit.

If you are scanning a large document, consider breaking it into smaller portions, scanning in black and white instead of color, or lowering the resolution of the scan using the on-screen menu.
