Queues

Signing into the Queue

1. Press the AgtSignIn softkey.

2. Press Agt Status

3. Highlight Available and press select.

4. You should see green checkmarks next to your extension.

Changing Availability

1. Press Agt Status.

2. Press 2 to go to Unavailable.

3. Press 3 to go in Wrap Up ??????????????

   1. If using unavailable codes, you will need to use the green circle to select Unavailable and enter the code using the number pad. Then press the select softkey on the screen.

Signing Out

1. Press the AgtSignOut softkey.

2. You will see the AgtSignIn softkey and two handsets next to each other on your extension when fully signed out.
