Making Calls
There are three ways to start a phone call from the mobile application.

On an Active Call
The three dots on the bottom toolbar display your in-call options.
Call on Hold
1 | When on an active call, press the options icon (the three dots). | |
2 | Choose Hold to put the call on hold. | |
3 | When ready to return to the call, tap Resume. |
Transferring Calls
1 | When on an active call, press the options icon (the three dots). | |
2 | Choose Transfer. | |
3 | Dial the number you want to transfer the call to and choose Audio. | |

Conferencing Calls
1 | When on an active call, press the options icon (the three dots). | |
2 | Choose Conference. | |
3 | Dial the number you want to add to the call and choose Audio. |
Signing Out
You will need to sign out at the end of the workday or you will continue to receive calls.
1 | In the top-left corner, click your user icon. | |
2 | Choose Sign Out from the menu. | |
3 | Click Sign Out. |
