Receiving Calls

Making Calls

There are three ways to start a phone call from the mobile application.

Dial Pad

  1. Choose the Calling icon on the bottom toolbar.

  2. Press the Phone + button in the bottom-right corner.

  3. Dial the number.

  4. Press the Audio icon.

Call History

  1. Click the Calling icon on the bottom toolbar.

  2. Use the Recents and Missed tabs to filter your call history.

  3. Tap on the number you want to call to initiate the call.

Contacts

  1. Click on the Contacts icon on the bottom toolbar.

  2. Tap on the contact you want to call to initiate the call.

On an Active Call

The three dots on the bottom toolbar display your in-call options.

Call on Hold

When on an active call, press the options icon (the three dots).

Choose Hold to put the call on hold.

When ready to return to the call, tap Resume.

Transferring Calls

When on an active call, press the options icon (the three dots).

Choose Transfer.

Dial the number you want to transfer the call to and choose Audio.

Conferencing Calls

When on an active call, press the options icon (the three dots).

Choose Conference.

Dial the number you want to add to the call and choose Audio.

Signing Out

You will need to sign out at the end of the workday or you will continue to receive calls.

In the top-left corner, click your user icon.

Choose Sign Out from the menu.

Click Sign Out.
