Please note that Webex Phones is different from Webex Meetings, and these two separate programs have two separate accounts. If you are using Webex Phones to take calls from off-site, your login information will not be your UNLV email address. Your login information will be provided to you by IT. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact the Help Desk.
If you forget your password:
Contact the Help Desk.
You will be provided with a temporary password.
Using the temporary password, sign into the Cox Business Portal.
Change your password.
Log into the Webex app with your newly changed password.
