1	Launch the MedHub application and log in using your ACE credentials when prompted.	Image RemovedImage Added

3	Fill out the form, logging the Date, Location, Supervisor, Complications, and Notes.
4	Tap Add Procedures.		Image Added a. Tap the procedure that took place. b. Choose your role in the procedure. c. Tap Add in the top right when finished. Image Modified
5	Tap Add Diagnosis.		Image Added a. Tap the appropriate diagnosis. b. Choose your role. c. Tap Add in the top right when finished.	Image Added
6	Tap Submit Case Log when complete.
