As of June 29, 2021, Cox Communications has changed from using the Cox UC App to a Webex hosted app, Webex Phones.
Please note that Webex Phones is different from Webex Meetings, and these two separate programs have two separate accounts. If you are using Webex Phones to take calls from off-site, your login information will not be your UNLV email address. Your login information will be provided to you by IT. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact the Help Desk.
