Logging into Jira Service Management or Confluence as a Jira an Agent is a different process than logging in through the Service Desk Portal as a customer.

| 4 | You may be asked to verify your account. Type in the verification code that was sent to your email address and click Verify your account. |   |
| 5 | If you are a user of both Jira Service Management and Confluence, you can toggle between the two using the waffle menu in the top-left corner. |  |
| 6 | If you are a member of multiple Jira projects, use the Projects tab to navigate between them. Choose View all projects to go to your projects home page.   | |
