Calling Basics
Place or Answer a Call
Enter the number and pick up the handset.
Press the flashing red button. If there are multiple lines on the phone, press the solid red button first.
Call on Hold
While on a call, press the Hold softkey.
To resume the call on hold, press it again.
You can also use the Pause button on the phone console itself to put a call on Hold.
Transfer a Call
From a call not on hold, press the Transfer softkey.
Enter the person’s phone number.
Press the Transfer softkey again.
You can also use the Transfer button on the phone console itself to transfer a call.
Mute Audio
Press the Mute button on the phone console itself to mute your audio.
Press the Mute button again to turn off mute and speak to your caller again.
Check Voicemail
Press the Messages button & follow the voice prompts.
To check messages for a specific line, press the line button first.
