Getting Started
Enrolling Your Key Card
On the Traka display screen, press the Enroll button.
Enter the enrollment number that was provided to you.
Press the green arrow.
Put your UNLV card on the card reader.
You’ll receive confirmation that your card has been enrolled.

What these devices are used for
The laptops in the UME Traka laptop locker are meant to provide 3rd and 4th years medical students with a laptop to use with their clinical work at UMC.

Regular Use
Checking Out a Device
Place your enrolled UNLV card on the card reader.
Tap the icon on the that corresponds with the locker you want to open.
Agree to the curfew limitations.
The locker door will open.
Unplug and remove the laptop, then close the locker door.
Using a Device
Username: SOM_Guest
Password: admit
Do not use your personal ACE account on these machines.
The laptops are set up to erase any files or changes upon reboot. Do not save files to the local hard drive.

Returning a Device
Place your enrolled UNLV card on the card reader.
Tap the icon for the locker you are returning your device to.
The locker door will open. Plug your device back in.
