The Wi-Fi BYOD (Bring Your Own Devicebring your own device) wireless networks are provided for you to connect your personal devices. It’s offered at all School of Medicine and UNLV Health locations and provides you with internet access only.
The use of the employee wireless network is restricted to UNLV Health or SOM devices.

From the network list, select UNLVMED BYOD or KSOM BYOD. At the prompt, enter your SOM username and password. Tap Join. At the certificate prompt, choose Trust.

In the lower-right corner of your screen, click the Wi-Fi icon. From the networks list, click UNLVMED BYOD or KSOM BYOD. Select Connect automatically. Click Connect. At the prompt, enter your SOM username and password. Choose Connect.

Click the Wi-Fi symbol at the top of your screen. Choose UNLVMED BYOD or KSOM BYOD. At the prompt, enter your SOM username and password. Choose Join.

Open Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center In the task list (left side), choose Manage Wireless Networks. Choose Change Adapter Settings. Right-click on Wireless Network Connection. Choose Connect/Disconnect. Double-click on UNLVMED BYOD or KSOM BYOD. At the prompt, enter your SOM username and password. Choose Connect.
