If you are a heavy scan user at MEB, please submit a request to the SOM Help Desk with the printer name and the name of the user(s) that need a scan folder. Scan to email is disabled at all UNLV Health locations. Users in these locations can scan to their department’s network drive. |

If you regularly scan larger documents, please contact the SOM Help Desk to request your own network folder to scan these large documents.
You can also consider breaking it into smaller portions, scanning in black and white instead of color, or lowering the resolution of the scan using the on-screen menu to scan larger jobs via email.

Scan to Folder
You must be given access to scan to a folder at MEB. To request a scanning folder, please contact the SOM Help Desk.
Your scanned folder locations will be in your department’s network drive:
K:\Academic Affairs and Education\Scanned\Jane Doe

The name(s) of the printer(s) you will be using for scanning.
The name(s) of the individual(s) who need Scan to Folder capabilities.
