If you experience an issue with the incorrect camera, microphone, or speakers being selected while using Google Meet or any other application, follow these instructions below.

Google Meet

In an active Google Meet, click on the three dots on the Meet toolbar and choose Settings.

Use the Audio and Video options on the left sidebar to manage your settings. Adjust and test your devices as needed.

Use the ^ menu on the Mute/Video buttons to open either Audio settings or Video settings.

Adjust and test your speaker, microphone, and camera as needed.

Zoom

When you start or join a Zoom meeting, you will be prompted to set your audio options.

Use the ^ menu on the audio or video buttons at the bottom of the Zoom client to choose either Video Settings or Audio Settings.

This will open the full settings menu.

Use the Video and Audio tabs on the left sidebar to navigate between the menus. Adjust and test your speaker, microphone, and camera from these menus.

Windows

Right-click on the audio symbol in your Windows task bar and choose Open Sound settings.

Adjust and test your output (speaker/headset) and input (microphone/headset) as needed.
