Choosing between Mobile and Computer App setup:
Please note that Webex Calling is different from Webex Meetings, and these are two separate accounts.

If you are a heavy Webex Meetings user a suggestion for differentiating the accounts is to only use Webex Calling from the mobile app on your smart phone

If you do not use Webex Meetings often, this should not be much of a concern.
If you forget your password
Do not use the “Forgot Password” feature. Contact the SOM Help Desk. You will be provided with a temporary password.
Using the temporary password, sign into the Cox Business Portal to change your password.
