Logging In
When you open the app, tap Get Started on the welcome screen. | Enter your Cox email address and click Next. Please note that your email address for your phone account is not your UNLV email address. | The Cox Business portal will load. Enter your password and click Submit. |
Receiving Calls

When you receive an incoming call, your phone will ring like a regular phone call. Under the number/name of the caller, you will see the Webex icon and Webex Audio.
You can accept, decline, or silence the call as you would for a regular phone call.
Making Calls
There are three ways to start a phone call from the mobile application.

After you listen to a message, you can send it to your Trash folder. Swipe left on the message and tap Delete. If you need to recover the message because you accidentally deleted it, go to your Trash folder, tap the message, and then select Recover.

Signing Out
You will need to sign out at the end of the workday or you will continue to receive calls.
1 | In the top-left corner, tap your user icon. |
2 | Choose Sign Out at the bottom of the menu. |
3 | Confirm Sign Out. |
