Warning

Please note that this is not the same app as the Webex Meetings app, which you are likely used to using for Webex virtual meetings. This is a separate app with separate login credentials.

Downloading Your Installation File

  • Go to https://www.webex.com/webexfromserviceproviders-downloads.html . The website will automatically detect which operating system your computer is using and provide the appropriate download links.

  • A QR code is provided for quick downloads of the mobile application for your device.

  • If you need the installation file for another operating system, click the Download Options tab to choose other options.

Installation

Once the installation file has downloaded, launch it from your computer.

Follow the on screen prompts in the installation wizard.

When you’ve reached the end of the installation wizard, check Launch Webex and click Finish.

Click Agree on the License Agreement.

The program will load and the login dashboard will launch.

Warning

You MUST log into the Cox Business Portal and change your password immediately after having it reset by KSOM IT.

❌ You will lock yourself out of your account if you try logging into the Webex app without changing your password first. ❌
