In this guide, you will learn how to schedule a Zoom meeting to be a recurring event within Google Calendar. This ensures that your meeting link and information stays the same throughout the entire duration of the recurring event.

To create appointment slots, you must be the owner of the calendar. If it is a shared resource calendar, you must have manager permissions.

Open the Google Calendar that you want to create appointment slots for. For ease of use, only view the calendar that you want to work with.

Click + Create.

Click Appointment Slots in the popup.

Click More Options.

Select the duration of your time slots, and determine if you want the event to repeat on specific days.

Set the rest of your appointment/event information and click Save.

On the calendar, the time slot will appear as one large block. Click on the block and click Go to appointment
page for this calendar to view the appointment view.

This link is what you will distribute to users who need to make appointments. They will not see any existing events on the calendar: only the available appointment slots and appointments they have personally made.

When a user makes an appointment, the owner of the
calendar will get an email.
